Richard L. Rosen
Principal
Richard L. Rosen was admitted to the practice of law in New York State in 1968. Since 1972, Richard has also been admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has been a founding partner in several law firms in New York City, including Rosen, Einbinder & Dunn, P.C. For almost 30 years, Richard L. Rosen has practiced law in the areas of corporate transactions, real estate, trust and estate planning and franchise work, representing franchisors, franchisees and franchisee associations.
Richard is a member of the American Bar Association (Franchising Committee, Anti-Trust Division); the New York State Bar Association (Franchise Law Committee); and the Legal Steering Committee and Fair Franchising Standards Committee of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers. Richard has delivered lectures on corporate, real estate and estate planning matters and is a frequent lecturer on franchise topics and issues. He is a real estate developer and consultant; a licensed real estate broker and is listed in both Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America as well as various other similar publications.

Michael Einbinder
Principal
Michael Einbinder has been practicing law in New York State, the Federal District Courts, and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1981. He has been a partner in various law firms in New York City and is a founding principal of Rosen, Einbinder & Dunn, P.C. Michael Einbinder has practiced law with a focus on representing small and medium sized companies and individual entrepreneurs in all kinds of business disputes. He also represents franchisees and franchisors in general business litigation and transactional matters and has acted as an arbitrator in a franchise case.
He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (panel memberships on franchise law and commercial litigation), The American Bar Association (Franchising Committee); the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers and the American Franchisee Association.

Terrence M. Dunn
Principal
Terrence M. Dunn, a founding principal of Rosen, Einbinder & Dunn, P.C., has been practicing law in New York State since 1984, has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey since 1983 and has been admitted to practice law in Massachusetts since 1995. He represents clients in real estate matters (having handled a wide variety of real estate transactions for a corporate owner of a large chain of movie theatres) as well as in matters regarding wills, trusts and estates.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New Jersey Bar Association.
